Terms of Service

_{By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:}★ GENERAL
_{✧ All commissions are digital products; no physical item will be shipped.
✧ I reserve the right to decline any commission if I feel I am not the right fit for the request.
✧ Commissions are for personal use only. Commercial use (e.g., for merchandise, streams, branding) requires an additional fee (100%–150%) of the base price.
✧ Redistribution or resale of commissioned art without a commercial license is strictly prohibited.
✧ Prices listed are base rates. Highly detailed characters (e.g., props, complex designs, etc.) may incur extra charges, which will be discussed before the invoice.}★ PAYMENT
_{You may choose from two payment options:
✧ Full upfront payment, or
✧ 50/50 split payment: 50% upfront before work begins and 50% after final preview is approved.
Note: Commissions will not begin until the first payment is received.
✧ Additional fees may apply for characters with complex designs, detailed outfits, or accessories. I will inform you beforehand if your request falls under this.}★ REVISIONS
_{✧ Clients may request up to 3 major revisions during the sketch phase (pose, composition, major design elements).
✧ Minor revisions (e.g., color tweaks, small fixes) may be requested during the later stages, but excessive changes may incur an additional fee.
✧ Revisions are limited after the lineart or rendering phase.}★ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
_{✧ Completion time is usually 2 to 4 weeks after sketch approval, depending on the complexity and my workload.
✧ If you have a specific deadline, it must be discussed before commissioning.
✧ Rush commissions (with delivery under 7 days) are available for an additional +100% fee.}★ REFUNDS
_{✧ No refunds will be given once work has started.
✧ Please be 100% sure before commissioning me.
✧ If I am unable to complete your commission due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund will be discussed based on the progress made.}★ UPDATES & COMMUNICATION
_{✧ I will provide WIPs (work-in-progress shots) at key stages: sketch, lineart, coloring.
✧ You are welcome to check in politely, but please allow reasonable time for updates.
✧ Inactivity from the client (7 days or more) without prior notice may delay progress.}★ I Can Draw:

✧ Fanart
✧ Couples
✧ Slight blood or light gore}★ I Can't Draw:
_{✧ NSFW or explicit content
✧ Furry (anthropomorphic characters)
✧ Heavy gore or disturbing imagery
Complex armor
✧ Characters based solely on written descriptions (please provide visual references)}★ USAGE & RIGHTS
_{✧ Do not copy, trace, edit, resell, or claim my artwork as your own.
✧ Do not use my artwork for NFTs, blockchain technology, or AI training.
✧ Clients may post commissioned artwork on their social media with proper credit to @royce_artsu.
✧ I may post your commission as part of my portfolio or promotional posts, unless requested otherwise.}★ REFERENCES
_{✧ Please provide clear visual references for your character(s) or pose ideas.
✧ The more detailed your references, the more accurate your commission will be!}
